7.0The location is great 5 minutes walk to Jomtien beach, the building has good amenities though the maintenance throughout the building is rather poor. That said this building is a great choice for those who want a more relaxed environment and enjoy the beach. Elena the host is super helpful, kind and lovely.
− The room did not have any lights for the first week and it seemed very okay for them that I had to stay in dark for one whole week. The pillows and towels were absolutely disgusting. It boggles my mind that at this price point the hosts cheap out on a few extra bucks for new or at least clean bedding set and towels. I was charged 800 Baht for cleaning that I did not receive in one month stay! not once.

9.0Facilities are nice same like in luxury hotel , there was a nunrise when I walk in treadmil so I see the sea and sunrice - perfect moment . very closed to the beachroad
