Loved the location and if a few things were fixed we would have given it a better rating.
6.0The property is in a great location. Close to the main strip in Braddon with great restaurants, bars and vintage stores.
− There were a lot of small maintenance issues that detracted from our stay. The air conditioning remote batteries were flat. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and in need of a service. The only reverse cycle heating is in the lounge room/kitchen area. There are oil heaters in the two bedrooms but not really sufficient for a Canberra winter. It’s not easy to get from the car park to the apartment, especially for people with mobility issues. Likewise the bath/shower is not ideal for those where mobility is a problem.

8.0Great location , well provisioned , quiet and spacious apt with lovely leafy outlook . Very comfortable . Great communication and help from manager .
− Too much light coming into the bedrooms from the outside garden lighting . Bring a sleeping mask if you are light sensitive .
