− A bit dusty,
very disappointing!! as we wanted a relaxing stay as my husband was recovering from illness
6.0the pool was nice and it had air-con
− WE paid extra $100 for non-existant housekeeping! AND no necessities like toilet paper, handwash ,dishwash and fabric wash were supplied, we were forced after a long drive to go and find a shop and purchase these items ourself!!! The shower had to be cleaned before we could use it as it had sandy footprints from previous occupant, the windowsills were covered in dirt from runs of condensation, and the lounges were very uncomfortable and cushions and throw rugs smelled stale and dirty!
It’s a pretty place but I wouldn’t stay again,
5.0The location was lovely, the idea of it was good and the pretty pool and gardens were very nice. The main bed was relatively comfortable, the linen, pillows & towels were nice.
− I think the people who own it may live upstairs, if not, we still felt watched constantly, didn’t even use the private pool due to this and all the cameras as it made us feel uncomfortable. Could not relax & enjoy our stay. No basic hygiene products supplied ie no dishwashing liquid, no hand soap etc, the dishcloth absolutely stunk and was old, no extra bin liners, no toilet paper. Lounges uncomfortable & not relaxing, kitchen is tiny, it’s difficult to prepare & cook a meal. Fan in 2nd bedroom doesn’t work. The whole apartment could do with a thorough deep clean & declutter in some areas as well as adding some basic hygiene products.
Peaceful family retreat
10.0Beautiful townhouse style apartment, very spacious layout for two bedrooms with everything a family would need. Big bathtub and shower and large family table with a beautiful view out to the ocean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The private pool was so wonderful and with the beach only metres away this is the perfect spot to take a relaxing family holiday
− There is no secure parking at this property only on street parking.The kitchen was a little small with no bench space but we got by for our short stay, any longer and I would find it difficult to properly prepare meals. The couches in the lounge room definitely need to be a bit bigger, very hard to relax on as a family of 4. Loungeroom tv is not smart, but there is a smart TV in the dining room, maybe they could be swapped?
