Pretty good for the price
7.0Great size for 9 plus 2 dogs. Clean and plenty of kitchen equipment. Comfortable beds. The location was ideal for what we wanted, close to shops but on the edge of rural areas.
− The (enclosed) garden was shared with next door so not secure as such, we had to take turns with the neighbours to keep our dogs apart. The heating was locked and it was chilly. There was a bin but no recycling. Access was not very easy as the steps are a bit steep for those with mobility issues.
