6.0Property has been renovated to a good standard. It has everything you need for a short or a long stay. Close to LRI, DMU, town. Easy access, 24 hour.
− Sadly the cleaning staff need sacking. Hair, fluff, stained sheets, toilet bowl not being scrubbed. No lift, that I could see?

5.0Location good for uni students not central for tourists.
− Charging £45 for cleaning at the end of the stay, property was not big enough or left in a state that would require £45 cleaning charge. Property I doubt was cleaned or checked before my arrival as there was minimal cutlery, no kitchen sink plug or batteries in the TV remote so had to go purchase all these items myself (as there is no staff at the property to provide support).
