10.0Apartamento en un lugar comodo, cerca de todo si llevas coche, anfitriones muy amables y el apartamento esta genial, nosotros fuimos siete personas y muy comodos de espacio.

1.0− Questa è stata la peggior casa mai vista su Booking, una presa in giro dall’inizio alla fine. Appena arrivati siamo rimasti scioccati: sporcizia ovunque, pavimenti sudici, bagni luridi, lenzuola indecenti. Abbiamo dovuto comprare detersivi di tasca nostra, pulire tutto da cima a fondo e cambiare le lenzuola, perché era impossibile dormirci senza vomitare. L’acqua puzzava terribilmente, come tutto il palazzo, un odore nauseabondo ovunque, perfino nelle lavatrici. I ventilatori non funzionavano, la maniglia della porta si è rotta da sola e nessuno si è mai degnato di venire a sistemarla, nonostante le richieste. Il Wi-Fi era inesistente, non c’era nemmeno un filo per stendere i panni, quindi tutto doveva essere buttato sui mobili o sulle sedie. Nella descrizione c’era scritto che c’era l’aria condizionata e due bagni, ma era tutto falso: niente aria condizionata, solo aria pesante e maleodorante, e un solo bagno in condizioni pietose. I letti che dovevano essere matrimoniali erano in realtà due singoli separati, scomodissimi, in camere che puzzavano, affacciavano su un palazzo sporco e infestato di odori, dove si sentiva qualsiasi rumore, a qualsiasi ora. Questa casa non ha nulla a che vedere con le foto e la descrizione di Booking, è stata un’esperienza orribile, un vero incubo.

− Limpieza pésima, tuvimos que limpiar nosotras mismas nada más llegar. No tiene aire acondicionado, te daban 1 ventilador por apartamento, menos mal que conseguimos que nos dejaran 2 ventiladores… por que para 8 personas, horrible la calor

− No había nada, tuvimos que comprar todo, no hay nada de ayuda por parte del personal y no llevan control de los clientes que se alojan. Han entrado en nuestro piso otras personas mientras nos alojábamos nosotros.

9.0I liked a spacious space in a flat as I had a 2 years old with me so she could play around. Nice location literally a caffee/bar was under the building. Close location to a little shop and to a playground too
− Some of the furniture could de with a little refurbishment/maintenance. WiFi signal was not a best.
