10.0the location is perfect everything you could possibly need is right around the corner , I had concerns about the stairs someone mentioned in a other review , i am 62 years old with bad knees but this was no problem only 11/2 floors as can be seen in this video https://www.youtube.com/shorts/I8fN1HbnSDw now this is after you get the keys from the lobby . i will with out doubt book this apartment again
