8.0Comfortable beds,location great ,some facilities.
− Not mentioned that bathroom shower were located down flight of steep stairs, bathroom fraying round edges ,grubby tiles and floor . Not enough for 4+ staying with one shower .Requested fans due to heat before we came ,we were told they had none ,bedrooms were roasting. Blinds not easy to manage .Outdoor area all needed cleaning ,not pleasant to sit out ,full of cobwebs .

7.0The beds were excellent. The location to town was great.
− The stairs were very steep. The one bathroom was downstairs for all 5 of us. The shower got stuck on. There were cobwebs and some of the decor needed a touch up/dirty, marked rug in lounge area.
Overall a great stay, perfect location, quiet area, easy access for the parking

− The king size beds are made of 2 singles joined together and they’re not too comfy as you can feel the joints and the poor quality of the mattress -probably over used
