− Não tinha estacionamento para todos os hóspedes, tive que deixar o carro na rua. Não tinha agua quente no Hotel, não sendo possível tomar banho. Não tinha ninguém para resolver a situação. Deram opção de testar o chuveiro de outro quarto, porém um hóspede tinha acabado de sair e ainda estava sujo.
Estadia confortável com bom atendimento e custo x benefício perfeito.

− Não gostei do check-in. Eu reservei 2 apartamentos para minha família e avisei no chat do booking que eu chegaria antes, por volta de 12:00h, e o restante da família por volta de 14:00h. E coloquei também que um dos quartos precisaria de cama extra para uma criança de 1 ano e 11 meses. Ao chegar no hotel, precisava de um bom banho e descanso pois fiz viagem longa. Porém, na recepção, nem olhar as mensagens do booking eles tinham visto. Ou seja, nem olharam o que eu havia comunicado sobre horários de chegada e cama extra. Detalhe que era uma segunda-feira. A moça da recepção disse que o check-in era 14:00h e que eu precisaria aguardar. Fiquei mais de 1 hora esperando até o quarto ser liberado, sem eles terem colocado a cama pedida etc. Viajo com bastante frequência e sei que os hóspedes saem, na grande maioria das vezes, após o café da manhã, ou seja, bem antes do horário de 12:00h do check-out. Eles, SIM, poderíam ter arrumado um quarto para mim e estar pronto por volta das 12:00h/12:30h. Mas não, fizeram eu esperar o horário deles e eu que esperasse. Não volto mais e não recomendo!
