We stayed at this 4-bedroom property in downtown DC with our family of seven, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The best part was the sheer amount of space—it truly was large enough to comfortably accommodate our entire group, which can be a challenge to find in the city. Having a full kitchen was also fantastic; it allowed us to cook meals and save money, which is a huge plus for a big family. The convenient location was another major highlight. We loved being able to walk to the Metro, and the private parking was invaluable. Being close to nightlife and other downtown attractions made it easy to explore.

− The major drawback we encountered was with the basement bathroom. The drainage for the shower didn't work well, causing the water to pool, and the toilet tank was slow to refill, which was inconvenient.

The house was in a great location with easy access to an Uber. The house was very clean and very pretty. I would stay here again for sure. If you have a family, it is a perfect house. There was plenty of space, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a great kitchen.

− The only thing was the house next door was not done and there was some construction and I saw a rat. I know it had nothing to do with our house or our stay but it was gross to see that. Otherwise it was an excellent stay. Also, the door needs to be fixed because it's hard to get the front door open without a latch.

The host is incredibly responsive and such a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely flexible with us and quick to help. We also loved how dog friendly it was! The location is prime, super accessible to everything. Having dedicated parking was very relieving.

− The sheets were not washed in between guests. We had to rewash all the sheets and duvet covers because the smell was very overwhelming and we could not fall asleep.

The neighborhood was safe and fun, and proximity to grocery store was perfect. The house itself was lovely and had everything we needed. Parking was in the alley behind the house and we were able to do so early which was very helpful.
