10.0This place is fantastic. The location and amenities are simply great. Haven’t tested the hot tub. The level of detail and a picky one, is top. Beds comfortable. I probably came at the perfect season to enjoy it, mid-march

9.0Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modernes Haus. Zum kochen waren in der Küche alle Utensilien vorhanden sowie Gewürze, Mehl, Kaffee oder Zucker alles stand bereit. Im außen Bereich waren Sonnenliegen, außen Dusche sowie verschiedene Sitzplätze.
− Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat, war das der außen Esstisch voller Spinnenweben war. Sonst war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber

10.0Interior is beautifully done. Stylish, clean, serene, interesting art work and well stocked with all you could need. Mattresses and bedding were Devine. Unable to make use of the outdoors because of high winds during our stay, but lovely setting with a feel of privacy.
− It was absolutely top notch. Only suggestion might be to have a print out folder in the house with wi fi info, suggestions for restaurants and other points of interest in the area. Perhaps this was somewhere in the long email about the property, but we were not able to access it.

7.0It is a wonderful house on a beautiful location near Joshua Tree Park. It was spotlessly clean, with an amazing hottub, kitchen with all the amenities and would be absolutely perfect for four people.
− It was advertised for five people. One person had to sleep on the couch, which was, although not a sleeping couch, large enough and not a problem, but there were no sheets for him. I asked about this twice, but I didn’t get a response from the owner.
