1.0It has all the vibe and makings for a B Horror film !
− left the property after seeing the room. There was a plastic shower curtain instead of a door to the bathroom; open and used bathroom soap, shampoo; coffee open used and in an unlabeled Jar; bicycle and junk lying on the porch and blocking the walkway; neglected grounds with dead sunflowers and power construction tools scattered.

I was happy that I chose to stay here -- peaceful, safe, and close to my uncle in Stephenville.
9.0The couple who own and run this place were great. When I arrived and they saw that I had a mobility disability, they immediately asked if I'd rather switch to a different room that had a walk-in shower (the one I had reserved had a clawfoot tub that was very charming looking but it would have been difficult for me to use). They also helped me get my luggage to the new room once they finished preparing it for me. Both rooms were beautiful -- the one I ended up in which I believe was called the Rose Room was very charming and very roomy which was nice. There was a small refrigerator in an outer room along with a small dining table and a microwave -- also a coffee maker and some nice snacks.
− The mattress on the bed was quite adequate but was a little uncomfortable for me who does have back issues and who is used to sleeping on a bed with an adjustable base and mattress -- so I'm quite picky.
Very nice room. Felt safe !
