− Air conditioning is available only in the living room and one bedroom, while the other two bedrooms have no AC. There were also issues with the hot water in the shower. Overall, the property would benefit from better maintenance.
Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr freundliche Gastgeber
9.0Die Wohnung liegt nur durch eine Straße und einen breiteren Grünstreifen vom Meer getrennt. Zum morgendlichen Joggen ideal! Am Meer gibt es einen mehrere Km langen asphaltierten Fahrrad-/Spazierweg. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, bietet einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz, und ist selbst sehr ruhig. Die anderen Bewohner haben wir zwar manchmal gesehen, aber nicht gehört. Die davor vorbeiführende Straße ist keine Hauptverkehrsader, aber natürlich trotzdem nicht ganz leise. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es ist alles da, was man so braucht.

8.0De prima airco in de slaapkamer. Geruisloos en toch effectief. Het appartement zit in een buitenwijk van Siracusa, met eigen parkeergelegenheid. Daardoor kun je makkelijk allerlei kanten op.
− De lift had vaak problemen. Dat is voor een derde verdieping niet zo heel erg, maar wel als je je bagage wil verplaatsen. Dan zetten we het in de lift, liepen naar beneden en drukten dan daar op het knopje. Dan kwam de bagage zelfstandig naar beneden. We zagen de grap er wel van in.

9.0La casa esta muy bien, es muy amplia y está todo prácticamente nuevo, la casa está bien ubicada para ver toda la parte esté de la isla, el aire acondicionado viene muy bien porque el calor en verano es insoportable, aunque sólo hay en el salón y en 1 de las 3 habitaciones
− Por la noche el ruido de la carretera es un poco inaguantable

10.0Appartamento molto spazioso e luminoso, accogliente e con tre balconi. Vista sul mare di Siracusa.
− Da attenzionare piccoli dettagli che riguardano la pulizia..... La zona cucina è esposta al sole tutto il pomeriggio e non essendo climatizzata e dotata di persiane nella zona finestre è tanto calda ..almeno in questo periodo di caldo. La presenza di due climatizzatori, uno in camera da letto è uno in soggiorno rinfrescano l'ambiente forse ne servirebbe un terzo perché quello del soggiorno non riesce a rinfrescare tutto l'appartamento. Ascensore mal funzionante e ingresso vano scala sporco e poco accogliente.
