5.0The police was clean, stopped with towels, laundry machine, and dryer was appreciated as well as plates and cutlery
− The hot tub would not warm up beyond 96° and was there dirty water inside ** sand Backyard lawn unfinished very rough looking unwelcoming

9.0Joli chalet, confortable, dans un environnement calme tout en restant proche de Québec et d'autres centres d'intérêts. Le spa est très agréable et la présence de 3 salles de bain est un vrai confort.
− À noter qu’une des chambres dispose d’une mezzanine ouverte, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde.
Relaxing and comfortable chalet that is in the trees but also close to the city.
9.0Well located; in nature, but still very close to the city and surrounding sites (30-40 min to Quebec City). The chalet was spacious and brand new. The hot tub was a great and we also enjoyed the bath tub upstairs. The beds, pillows, blankets, and bedding were very comfortable! Well stocked and nice coffee machine.
− We had a couple of technical issues with the fireplace and front door lock that should have been apologized for and resolved quickly but the management company did not seem to believe us (?) that technical issues were occurring. I had to tell them six times that the fireplace didn’t work and then finally it was fixed once the owner and repair team came after two days. The front door lock also does not always work and we had to use a spare key that they directed us to, but they did not resolve the underlying issue. It was frustrating because we had to push to get the issues resolved and the management team continually blamed everything on us, even when we followed the provided instructions and shared documentation.
Best Chalet we've ever stayed in
10.0It was everything they said it was in the pics and description ..which is rare. Everything was perfect and highly recommend. We will be booking with them in the future
− There were 6 of us for 3 nights and not 1 complaint, everything was great The managers were very accommodating, a lot of little extras through the chalet
