A fun stay, lovely place to come back too after a long day .
8.0The location was great with 3 small children, there was plenty of room to all have our own space. We loved the uniqueness of the property and the charm.
− There appeared to be a lack of a fire alarm , it would have been nice to be open the bedroom window
Very disappointing and no response from the host.

− It was filthy, lots of dead insects, dirty kitchen with food debris. Last guests items in the fridge.

Enchanting cottage in THE BEST location
8.0The location is fantastic, beautiful views over the harbour and right by all the nice shops and cafes etc, but not ever loud or distruptive - a short walk to Walpole bay for a refreshing morning dip! The space was great for 5 of us, well laid out and roomy. All facilities are of a good standard, beds comfortable, kitchen well accomodated and easy to use!
− Just missing a few basic facilities, hairdryers in the bedroom, tin opener, some hooks by the front door and in the bedrooms and a small TV for rainy days on the living room.
Fabulous and fun. Margate old town is lovely
8.0The location can’t be beaten and it has real character. We loved the front garden too where we could watch the world go by.

10.0Excellent location, just across from the turner museum with a beautiful view of the beach! The cottage was really cute with plenty of space in the living room for us four to sit and play card games and chat, kitchen had tea and coffee provided and was a great space to eat at (although we did eat out a lot on the weekend), the bedrooms were all incredibly cosy and beds and bedding super comfortable and the bathroom/toilet was clean and shower really great to use!
− Not a major issue, and one that is in no way a fault of the cottage but it being on the main street meant that on the weekend it did get quite a bit louder and busier and you could hear a fair amount of music from outside whilst trying to drift to sleep.
