Disappointing
3.0− 1st floor bathroom had no heat and no plugs. 1st floor bedroom had no heat (baseboard heating did not work); old space heater did not appear safe and plug near it had burn mark. Blinds in various rooms broken. Couch and two chairs in living room were dirty and torn. Garbage bin and recycling bin in driveway already full when we arrived. Ceiling light in 2nd floor bedroom did not work.

8.0Perfect location, advertised as 3 beds, but has 4 bedrooms including basement with en-suite. Short walk to Bethesda metro station, which is 7 stops away from the metro.
Great Stay for Large Family
10.0The house was perfect for our trip. Close to DC, and a quiet escape after a long day. Comfortable and clean. Walking distance to Target, Trader Joes and CVS. We were very happy with our stay.
