− I booked this accommodation to stay at for my wedding weekend and the property cancelled less than 24 hours before I was due to check in. This was apparently due a plumbing issue in the property causing a flood. I appreciate things being beyond the hosts control, but the fact they were able to offer no alternative, even after being told the occasion for which I’d booked (I also made this known when booking) was really poor and caused a lot of stress I could have been doing without! I unfortunately would not recommend or choose to stay here again for that reason.

− The door rattles when people go in and out of the building which takes a bit to get used to, at first I thought someone was trying to get into the flat. It was fine once I realised. The staircase and hallway is beautiful and so striking but it’s very dark

Great location, lovely apartment - few things could be improved in terms of service

− I’ve stayed here twice - first time there was a really heavy roof leak which meant I couldn’t use the lounge and some of my items were water damaged with no offer of compensation or reduction on rate instead. second time there was a issue which caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience, the host did try to resolve it but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
Totally enjoyed the stay and if we go to Glascow again we will book this apartment
