Disappointing
4.0The staff was not onsite but they were responsive and accommodating when we ran into issues with our first room. The neighborhood is a subrub of Tokyo but is nice and on several train lines.
− The first room we were given was only set up to accommodate three people even though we had four in our party and had clearly indicated as such in the booking. The property moved us to a different room but we only found out after spending one night in the very cramped room. The noise from the trains is loud and hard to block out even with earplugs.
