Perfect little tiny comfortable place.
8.0Location. Location. Location. A very pleasant short walk to the station and the Inokashira park. Lots of vending machines, places to eat, convenience stores nearby. Quiet neighborhood, the passing trains break the silence but it's not an inconvenience. Just a very Japan thing, I guess. The apartment I got was on the ground floor. It was just the right size for a couple. Very well stocked. The facility managers are quick to respond, helpful and listen to guest needs.
− Very small tid bits would have made our stay even more comfortable. The bed can be a tad bigger. But I guess that was also a Japan thing. The bean bag seating is not comfortable. A small structured seat would have been better. Another small table in the room could have been more useful. We used the only table in the house to keep our stuff and ended up eating in bed. There could have been a better hot and cold water arrangement. I was only able to figure out the ideal combination that worked for me on the 4th day out of the 5 days! There were no hooks to hang out clothes in the bathroom, not even room for a bathrobe. Lastly, I wish the window glass was one way. That way we could have kept the windows open and felt comfortable. These are just wishful feedback. But there was absolutely nothing wrong with the place. One can make it their home away from home while exploring Tokyo.
Not the place for a quiet stay.
7.0While the accommodation is 5 min walk from the station, in reality it is only 10 metres from the train track. For us the convenience to the station and family outweighed the noise factor. In the unexpected heat and humidity of September it was a bonus having a washing machine.

8.0Location good but a bit noisy as next to train. Fortunately we quite lilked the train sounds and it did not stop.us sleeping at all! Love Kichijorji and Inokashira Koen. Great places to eat and shop on the doorstep.

10.0I like how it was cozy and perfect for a small family. The facilities were great and the location was convenient since it was near the station.
