10.0Beautifully appointed room with great facilities. Our air conditioner broke down and they very quickly organized another room for us. Friendly staff, excellent bar and restaurant onsite. Easy access to trikes and Grab. Close to the mall, and excellent streaming services and WiFi. Would definitely stay here again.

9.0Friendly and very helpful staff keep the Hotel looking and running sharp Choice of pools is great, and massages at the Spa are excellent
− Sky Lounge pool should be for adults only, as there is a bar there, and children were noisy while people eating at the Lounge were mostly seeking quiet conversation Sky Lounge should have EFTPOS for payment by card
