− Two sets of keys would have been preferable. Instructions on how to set the heating would have been helpful. A foot-pedal bin would be great!

− Splatter marks on walls and marks, fridge seemed clean but smelt of sour milk, noise from neighbours in the middle of the night was awful right outside the window,

8.0Nice, spacious, bright flat in a very good location. Good heating system, internet, big fridge, and dishwasher provided, big tv. Also nice dining area.
− It was difficult to open the main building door with the faulty key. No hand soap was provided. Unfortunately, the flat was not cleaned to standard. There was a lot of dust under and around the bed. In the bathroom drawer, there were underwear. In the kitchen drawer, there was a syringe. I believe everything should be checked before a new guest's arrival. Finding these items in the flat should never happen. Overall, the flat is nice, but it needs a better cleaning.
