Awful Experience from Confirmation to End of Stay
1.0Nothing. It was given with the incorrect address causing us to get stuck off a dirt sand filled road. A/c didn’t work, toilet handle came off/disconnected twice, pool not heated and freezing, restaurant hours not open for breakfast, low quality amenities such as carts for luggage. Awful all the way around.

A/C didn’t work, toilet handle came off/disconnected twice, pool was unusable as it wasn’t heated and 63 degrees, restaurant hours not open for breakfast, low quality amenities such as carts for luggage. I’ve never left a bad review and felt so compelled by this experience to do so.
