Very disappointing
1.0− We were unable to stay at the property due to a smell that was present on entering. The security light referred to in the welcome details was broken and hanging off the wall and there were cracks in two of the windows. There were flies on some of the window sills. The closet rail was rusty and the shower head full of limescale. Although the managing agent offered to send cleaners, this would not have rectified all of the issues. Very disappointed - not suitable for the family stay we had planned.
