Run-down apartment with a sketchy deposit system
4.0I liked the location. Communication with the host was good.
− The building was falling apart, with crack-monitoring probes all over the walls. Inside, the apartment was severely worn out: stained carpets, damp and musty towels, a balcony door that wouldn't open, and a window that couldn't be closed. While we knew a £250 deposit was required, asking for such a high amount for a place in this terrible state is absurd. Furthermore, paying the deposit off-platform via an external system felt to us like a scam. The deposit was eventually refunded, but due to the horrible condition and lack of maintenance, I would not recommend staying here.
Absolutely not good and so disappointed

− I was so disappointed when I checked in to the flat and I was no expect to stay in this kind of property in my family holidays. I found the carpet so dirty, so many cracks on the ceiling and walls, floors on shower damaged and on bathroom the same, there is no shampoo and body wash as well (we are staying not for one day). You can’t lock 🔏 the balcony door 🚪 which is so scary for me and my family. The oven and sofa and carpet is so dirty. This is absolutely no right,
