It was close proximity to where our friends live. Free on street parking

− Steep stairs to get to the bedrooms, just a style of property we aren’t used to but it didn’t affect our stay at all as my children are over 5 years old.

Good location for staying in the summer.

The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine worked well. The decoration was as pictured and the towels provided were of a good quality. Parking outside the property was never a problem. The heating worked well. It was very clean and a good location with easy access to supermarkets, pub and town.

− The shower was hanging off the wall and leaked all over the floor, which made the bathroom very cold. The duvets were very thin and not suitable for winter in the north east in february. There were no coat racks or anywhere to hang your coat, as it rained every day, this was a pain.

A really fantastic little stay, brilliant location, accommodation was spotless and really beautifully furnished, warm and cosy which was perfect over the festive period. Tea, coffee and toiletries provided which is a nice touch from a home letting, lots of transportation links, shops and a nice pub on the doorstep. Check in and check out super quick and easy. Really good communication from the owners who went above and beyond to make my families stay and good one. Will definitely be back !
