2.0Only the location was good. Very else about the apartment is not good And the service and attitude of the host is totally unacceptable
− The service and host for the apartment are totally unacceptable. First, we are only able to check into the apartment at 5pm (instead of 3pm) Upon checking in; the cleaning was poor and dirty. The toilet floors were all wet. There were hairs on the wash basin, and even the toothbrush of the previous occupants was still there. It's totally disgusting. Upon checking out; the host knew our transport was waiting for us, but we were not able to hand over the keys until passed 2pm
