The property was very beautiful inside and outside. When I first Opened the door,the first thing I noticed was, the place was immaculately clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, allowing for a comfortable, peaceful sleep. The host was very responsive, friendly, attentive and kind. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the gadgets and appliances , that you may need for your cooking needs. The property is located in a very quiet, clean, peaceful neighborhood. I was very impressed to find that, the location sits right in the middle of almost everything, you could possibly need, and within walking distance. Public transportation, Grocery stores, convenient stores, banks, clothing stores, laundromats, post office, Doctor’s office, numerous fast food restaurants, Dine in restaurants and so much more. Free Parking was available on the premises, as well as free WiFi. If you like to play games with friends and family, they have board games like Monopoly and Connect 4, to enhance your experience with friends and family.

Clean home, with air-conditioning (window ac), free attached parking, nice location with close access to public transport. Also almost every utensil/amenities were provided. 24/7 assistance is available for any issues with the property

− Sound control policy. They have decibel meters installed and they diligently monitor how much sound you are making So if you planning to stay most of the day out and looking to stay only during the night it is ideal. Otherwise if your voice is on a higher pitch or you are listening to your tv sound at a moderate sound you are going to get complaints from the manager/owner. One follows it in the apartment but when you are on a trip and again if you have to follow the same rules more strictly it ruins the fun. The rules are more stricter than the city/state noise limits. If it was a central ac it would have been really nice. Also one more thing personally i didn’t like is frequent reference to penalties in almost all communications . Penalty for this , penalty for that, though i understand from their point of view is important but at the same time, makes you feel nervous. Though frankly i didn’t had any issues with any penalties and stuff.
