Pretty, clean, welcoming and provided with all the kitchen utensils needed for a short stay. This apartment was just perfect for us. The host Julia was also very kind and available. Recommended!

The property overlooks a beautiful tree lined area. It is a very short walk to market places and amazing street food, supermarkets and fruit and vegetable groceries. A very private apartment being the only one on the level. Also a very good walk in to London if you like to get a few steps up. Plenty to do and see along the way.

We are a family of 3 and booked this apartment for 11 days. The host only provided 1 set of keys and flatly refused to offer us a second set. This caused us much trouble. We were forced to change and cancel plans. Or go out of our way to meet to exchange the keys. In London this is not easy. We travel a lot and always stay at apartments. And always the host will provide 2 sets of keys. This is really the standard and it is unacceptable to expect guests to make do with just 1 set of keys for a longer stay.

− You have to collect the keys from a nearby grocery and wait for the host to send you a code and hour or so before check in. Then you must return the keys to the shop at check out. Check out is at 11am and we asked the host if we could leave 2 small suitcases in the apartment for just 2 hours, until 1pm. Her response was: "Impossible." We then canceled the last 2 days of our booking and moved to a hotel where we were treated much better. The host, Julia, manages more than 5 properties around London so it seems she does not have the time to treat each guest sympathetically. Her lack of consideration rather ruined our stay in London.

The house was very spacious and very clean. Best location for going in the city as had many bus stops nearby. The host was very kind and helpful too

Really enjoyed our stay with my family. Beautiful appointment, lot of spaces close to town and good connection bus's/ train to all town atraction. Amazing host, will recommend to all of you and if we will back to London defo we will use them again.😘🥰
