10.0Great apartment near the marina we were sailing out of. So nice to have a washer and dryer and also wash pods. Air con was spot on cold !! Very furnished kitchen and bath. We will be back and will recommend!!

4.0Location close to beach, quiet area in gated community.
− There are two electricity transformers under the stairs which emit a CONSTANT hum, and its quite loud and quite annoying. This place shouldnt be rented to anyone who has hearing. We asked the property mngt if they could do something about it, and they said "no, it was a known issue" and they couldnt have the transformers outside because the other residents wouldnt let them due to the noise pollution and that "mngt would be in contact". They never contacted us. In addition the plumbing for the top floor (separate apartment) is also under the stairs and gurgles like crazy when someone uses the shower/toilet/whatever. Ugh.
