Location was a lovely- typically Spanish finca, secluded and peaceful, very well equipped with everything you could need (including washing and dishwasher pods) and very clean. Lovely welcome gifts much appreciated. Communication from hosts was excellent.

− Difficult to find at the finish after good instructions from the airport, very narrow driveway with a sharp right hand turn to the villa which was difficult in a largish car. Although there was a safe onsite in a bedroom, it did not work and the hosts informed me that this was there before it became a holiday let and pointed out they do not advertise a safe in their listing. A point just for info (and not because we didn’t like it!) : Downstairs bedroom is small and dark with not a lot of storage space but was adequate as we didn’t spend too much time there! Door from the downstairs en-suite bathroom, which led to the exterior , was a bit ‘cracked’ in places ensuring easy access for mozzies, and the gap under it let in a lot of very big creepy crawlies!

Nice house with everything you need, and it was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything worked properly. The hosts were very friendly and helped us with all the questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place!

− There was no fence around the pool, which made it more difficult with young children, as you had to supervise them constantly whenever you were outside. There were also a lot of wasps around the pool. When we mentioned this to the host, they placed some wasp traps, but unfortunately they were not very effective.

Sehr schöner Pool, nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Bei kleinen Problemen oder Infos wurde sehr schnell reagiert.

Great home base for a cycling holiday

The Finca is located within walking distance of the center of Pollença, but on a very quiet side road. One bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, the other bedroom and bathroom plus the well-equipped kitchen and living room are on the ground floor. Everything was very clean and the welcome package was a nice surprise. The outside is spacious and the pool the perfect spot to cool off and relax after a long day in the saddle with a great view of the mountains. We also appreciated the electric radiator in the living room during the cooler mornings and evenings. The driveway was rather narrow but let to a well spaced parking area in front of the Finca.
