− Only complaint was the air conditioner had a slight smell when used, but seemed to disappear when we came back later that night. Even then it was very minor, maybe hadn't been run in a while
Expect Less and Pay More
7.0The "condo" was convenient to get to. It was within walking distance of restaurants, beach and marina. Bed was comfortable, but quite low.
− The furnishings were cheap. The couch was wobbly. The floor squeaked with every step and had definite low spots and weak spots. The AC was in the living room, and the bedroom was hot. We were only given two thin, rough towels. I asked for more linens, which they did bring, but I prefer to have enough towels. There was no shower mat. Spiders everywhere! Inside and out. Not sure what to expect, but the outside walls were covered with bugs. The windows were filthy and cobwebs everywhere. Everything about the place felt neglected and underwhelming.

Guests are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided upon booking, as well provide us with a copy of your government-issued ID, and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit). These are required within 3 days of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation, or your reservation will be canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
