10.0Very close to the beach, had beach accessories to use during our stay, clean and efficient use of space. Great location near the water and fun local establishments with good food and drinks.
− Doors on the property, bathroom door and drywall were a bit unsturdy but everything looks beautiful

9.0great location. steps to the beach. beachchairs and unbrella was great although it was too windy to use the umbrella when we were there. nice parking. very comfortable and nice to have a kitchen.
− sofa bed was not very comfortable but the king bed was great. it was hard to get the TV working. we could only find options to login to services not the regular cable but in the end maybe better not to watch too much TV. It is possible it was there and we couldn't figure it out.
