6.0Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 amici. L’appartamento è funzionale nella disposizione (camera da letto, divano letto in cucina e due bagni), ma purtroppo l’esperienza complessiva non è stata positiva. La pulizia non era adeguata, soprattutto in cucina, e abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di insetti (formiche e piccoli scarafaggi). Anche alcuni servizi non funzionavano correttamente, come il phon. La comunicazione prima del check-in è stata poco chiara e abbiamo dovuto contattare noi il proprietario per ricevere le informazioni. Inoltre, l’ascensore non funzionava e l’appartamento al quarto piano risultava faticoso da raggiungere. Segnaliamo però che il proprietario è stato disponibile e collaborativo nel tentativo di aiutarci a ritrovare un oggetto smarrito di valore, inviando anche un video di verifica, pur senza esito. Nel complesso, struttura migliorabile soprattutto in termini di pulizia, manutenzione e organizzazione.

10.0Apartman je čist, uredan, prostran. Ima sve što je potrebno za boravak. Osoblje je ljubazno, uvijek su brzo odgovorili na sve upite i pomogli. Aparman je blizu autobusne stanice, te je na super lokaciji što se tiče udaljenosti od svih lokacija.
