7.0Good location. Set up of house was good.
− Family Bathroom didn't have a lock on it. Shower room in en-suite had mold on ceiling. On arrival neighbours were putting up a fence so garden was open to next door as well. Restricting dogs. Some decking panels were loose. Downstairs bathroom handle came loose and had to tighten screws. Chair in front room was broken. Chair in kitchen came loose on bottom. House needs to be updated and few things sorted and it would be perfect.

7.0Lovley size house and very good location to where we needed to be but general house needed a better clean and pots and pans a proper clean aswell as the oven but worked for few days overall good experience xx

Nice place but needs a little TLC
6.0Walking distance to the food festival in Bishop Auckland, nice area and easy to get in.
− Driveway to front door step is a danger, stepping down on it and it fell away completely, nearly fell into the car. Messaged the owner but no reply which is a little disappointing, could seriously injure someone. The house is nice but it needs some TLC, very dirty around the house, dust everywhere, used the hair dryer in the main bedroom and it was like a dust storm from around the back of the bed. No lock on the main bathroom door and it wont close fully, cant keep the door closed, both the main bathroom and main bedroom taps are broken, one is twisted and the other requires turning more than you should just for water to run. Mouldy shower, doesnt drain well and the toilet handle in the main bathroom is broken too, needs lifting back up for it not to get stuck in the flush cycle. Last thing was the TV was only static for us, couldnt get it to work but I guess this is not an issue if dont want to watch TV or you bring a Firestick or something perhaps, worth mentioning.
