We had a great time and loved our time in Norfolk but was disappointed that the caravan didn’t live up to the video …
7.0Perfect quiet setting. Spacious particularly liked the separate lounge. Nice feature to have decked area. When issue was raised it was dealt with promptly by staff.
− Poorly maintained. On arrival one of the bedroom windows didn’t unlock. It was a very hot few days and I can’t imagine cleaners wouldn’t have noticed this? Lounge sitting furniture very grubby would suggest a deep clean…quite a lot of damage that wasn’t highlighted before our stay… curtain rail over door hanging off, kitchen cupboard laminate hanging off and rips to sofas. Just needs a bit of tlc really. It could be really nice with attention to detail. Just because it’s dog friendly doesn’t mean it has to be unkempt. Boiler had been switched off prior to arrival so took some time to work out why we had no hot water…

5.0− Caravan was very dirty,soon as you open the door you could smell dog wee,there was dead flys on the ceiling were some 1 squashed them. The curtain pole was hanging out the wall.it was very poor. The sofas were very dirty and smelly. We came home 36 hours early.everytime a nabour went out there dog was barking non stop at 8 in the morning

1.0− Caravan extremely dirty smelled of dog urine, and run down filthy couch and carpet, could not let my family stay there came home :( really disappointed

7.0The caravan was clean with good facilities, everything we needed, and was in a good position. Overall it was good.
− We were lucky with the weather and would have liked to sit outside. There were only two outside chairs on a balcony which had seen better days . There was a chair at the front which was broken with no seats. We would have liked a spare key, it was awkward for us to have to meet up to get into the caravan. There was a balcony door key but the outside gate was locked so we couldn't use it.
