10.0Spacious 3 bedroom accommodation with bathroom and separate en-suite, ideal for 2/3 couples and/or a family. Only a few minutes away from I-95S. We loved the traditional and quirky features.

Caveat Emptor--Location, Location, Location
5.0The second floor of this property is a restored historical building, which is well-maintained. All appliances and internet worked within expectations. The bedding is comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to questions.
− This property is in the midst of a "warehouse district," and not a residential, hotel, or retail area. As a result, morning coffee is taken with the arrival of workers, particularly to the left of the property, to their specific workplace. Trucks and other vehicles frequently arrive in the drive/alleyway for that particular warehouse. While there is a balcony, this overlooks all that has been described, rather than anything attractive. While this property can accommodate six people easily, there is only one couch in the living area and a small table available should you eat-in. As a consequence of its location, a drive is required to reach restaurants or retail--and traffic in the West Palm area is thick. This would be an ideal property for a small group which has an event in downtown West Palm and doesn't mind the inconvenience of driving, and--even more daunting--parking in the downtown area.
Had a wonderful time in West Palm and we were comfortable in this apartment.

− The location is convenient to the main roads and close to airport. Unfortunately it is in an industrial setting. It had a great front porch but it looked out at the back of a factory.
