1.0− Not comfortable at all, most of things are damaged ,not clean like pictures, bad smell in apartment, we cant shut off the heater, call center was very bad we can’t hear and understand the person who is speaking.

5.0The apartment was spacious
− Heating was full on without any way to switch it off (in the middle of summer!!). The booking, payment and key collection was not easy (too many link and form). Would not recommend.

9.0Although we never met the owners, they did respond promptly to our messages. They also refunded us the deposit quickly, after we vacated the premises.
− Getting keys was a bit tricky, not unlike scenes from a spy movie.
