− I would not recommend this apartment (C03 – Galé Holiday Apartment, Lagos). We paid an extra €20 fee for a late check-in, but the accommodation itself was substandard: the air conditioning did not work at all. When we reported the problem, we were simply told it would be fixed “the next day” – meaning we had to spend the night in unbearable heat and couldn’t sleep properly. After check-out, we contacted the host again to request compensation (at minimum, a refund of the €20 late check-in fee we had already paid), explaining the situation clearly. We have received no response at all. For the price paid, I expected working basic amenities and, at the very least, some acknowledgement when something goes wrong. Poor communication and a lack of accountability made this a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this host to other travelers.

Apartamento grande, muy espacioso, todo organizado y agradable. Recomendado para una familia.

− 1° la hora de hacer el check in, (recoger la llaves) muy tarde a las 16:00. 2° después de recoger las llaves al llegar al apartamento, aún estaba la señora de la limpieza, con lo que hasta las 17:00 no pudimos entrar. 3° el aire acondicionado no había manera de ponerlo en marcha, todas las unidades interior ninguna funcionaban, suerte que no hacía mucha calor.
