7.0Friendly, helpful host. Clean house. Neat front and back gardens. Parking available behind the house. Three smart televisions. Some downsides also: downstairs toilet has an unpleasant odour, vinyl bathroom floor is black with mould underneath, seat of small sofa filled with material that sticks out at an angle, causing the seat to fall forward, dining room chairs have covers on them. The mattresses were worn out and the pillows were too thin. While showering, the hot water kept cutting out due to insufficient pressure in the system. Check-out is 10 am, which is quite early. Could only check out 15 minutes later unfortunately.

10.0Visiting family in Coventry with relatives from America. Super impressed with the accommodation. Very clean!The beds were sooo comfortable. Communication and instruction was first class. The property had everything you would need for a short or long stay. There is private off street parking at the rear. If you are staying with children there is a lovely private gated garden. Only 10 minutes from the city centre . Highly recommend...would definitely stay there again .

8.0Spacious and overall nice mid-terraced house with two generous bedrooms in a rather quiet location. Overall a comfortable stay for us - would recommend, especially for families and groups.
− We contacted the agent regarding a window that didn't open / close. They promised to look into it but that never happened. Several fittings in the bathroom (towel and toilet paper holders) were not in place, but stored somewhere in the cupboard. Cleanliness of the apartment, especially the kitchen could be improved.
