5.0The central heating, though I’d did get a little too hoping the evening.
− No comfort. Needs some more humanity. The couches looked nice, but were uncomfortable. The television was very difficult to use and the shower was a total puzzle. Some instructions would have been nice for those who are not English. No information on local amenities, or restaurants. The garden looked a mess and needs some outdoor seating. The 4pm check in time was onerous, and the key lock box very hard to open, and to close.
