At club Wyndham- amazing! An absolutely wonderful 4 nites!!!
1.0Location was ok
− Our room had had something wrong with the air conditioner and the room was extremely musty to the point where we could t even stay in the room. We were not told this and so tried to stick it out for a day or two thinking it would go away. We finally couldn’t take it anymore and had to complain. When I asked if this was normal we were then told there had been an “incident” with the air conditioner. They wanted to spray fungicide on the air filters. The one rooms carpet was so wet that our socks were soaked from walking on it. The bedding was damp. It was terrible. We had issues with the tv and internet. They “ionized” the room the one day and we were gone for the day and came back and it was still terrible. We called the front and maintenance brought floor fans to try and dry it out. I can’t believe they would put paying guests in this room when the smell was so bad (we bought an air freshener and that didn’t even help) that we could barely sleep. The manager did call us and we were eventually moved to their sister site next door- club Wyndham. The room was beautiful and it really made me appreciate how terrible the other one was- that we tried to stick it out in- until my asthma could not take it anymore!
