It was an extremely old tired caravan. There was nothing to like.

− Very uncomfortable. The settees smelt and the duvet covers were very shabby and smelt. We had to give a further £120.00 to Richard Marshall on arrival. He said it was a bond. We already paid £200.00 for two nights stay. Richard gave us back £75.00 because the children spilt hot chocolate on the shabby duvet cover. He said it was blood which was untrue. There was a smell of gas in the lounge area and we couldnt find a gas detector. The doors were insecure. There were cupboards with occupiers belongings in and one long cupboard had a padlock on. We awoke at 2am and 4am to the sound of footsteps up and down the outside stairs. This was the worst holiday we have ever had and not worth anywhere near the money they were asking. Very dirty and tired caravan and old. Very low standard and small. I don't want anyone using this unsafe and unhygienic caravan. This is definitely below booking.com standards and should be investigated. The money I paid should be refunded due to our holiday ruined.

Friendly, Quiet, and a place to park the car. Very clean and tidy with all you need, plates, cups and cutlery, etc. Best to bring your own bed sheets & quilt cover but they do supply them at a cost. All Round it was a very good experience and I would do it all over again.

Located on a quite site, friendly people and staff, nice small arcade, close to bus stops to get into Skegness or to Ingoldmells Eastgate market, would definitely recommend and would book again
