Last minute booking, very fast response, very informative great caravan

− We had a problem with our actual booking and needed a van for 1 night The only issue was no bedding Our other van had bedding provided so we hadn't brought any so slept with no bedding covers.
Was ok, just disappointing overall.
4.0The caravan was ok and luckily we had planned things to do away from the site. Easy to get the keys.
− The site was dirty - litter everywhere. Dogs off lead and just walking up to us when we were unloading. Caravan needed some cleaning and as we were on our way (1.5hrs into driving) we received a text saying we needed to bring our own bedding etc. An expensive shop when already cost more than it was worth. Hosts were fine and was easy to get the keys, but little things led to feeling a bit disappointed.

1.0Location was good to access attractions in Llandudno.
− The caravan we booked was advertised in booking.com as swimming pool inclusive. However, when we reached there, the staff told us that it is a private caravan and that we have to pay for the amenities. The caravan was not cleaned properly, there was a bad odour when we entered. There were food items leftover. The bathroom shower tray was leaking water. There was black mould in the bathroom. The sofa and the chairs were dirty and too old. We had a two year old and a five year old and felt very uncomfortable inside the caravan.
