1.0In principle, the house was very nice however it had not been cleaned since the last visit so struggling to find positives.
− House had not been serviced, all beds unmade, no towels. Filthy laundry cupboard with no spare bedding and towels to do it ourselves. Tried to contact owner multiple times, no response. Have lodged complaint requesting a refund.
