Central, quiet, 4 bedrooms. Everything you could need for a stay.

− The stairs are probably the steepest I have ever seen. The communication was shocking. The phone number given is invalid. Simple questions go unanswered for days. Keycode eventually sent over an hour later than promised. Very disappointing.

Good property within walking distance of Harrogate centre.

The property was exactly as pictured. It had a homely feel and was well equipped (kitchen all perfectly clean and everything working fine) property was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was easy to find and did not require a residents permit. We could walk to town easily in 15 mins so didn’t need to move the car after we had arrived. Suited our needs well as we needed 3 separate bedrooms for us and our two teenage children so better value than booking a hotel. Could easily accommodate 8 people to sleep although downstairs might feel snug with 8 adults.

− Communication could have been a bit better. This may be because I like to have everything organised well in advance so get nervous when questions are not replied to quickly (we only got the key code 6 mins after our arrival time which put me on edge). However, once we were in all was good. Some other reviews have commented on the steepness of the stairs but I think this is clear from the photos and would only be an issue if you had small children or mobility issues.

Great location, lovely little house which was incredibly well equipped, warm and comfortable.

− The only thing I would say was be aware the stairs are quite steep and narrow, might be tricky for children or elders.

Did everything required and stress free.

Loved having the log burner and a few logs to have a little fire to warm us up on a cold winters evening.

− There were no bin bags left at the proerty, and the stairs took alot of getting use too.

Location - quiet street. Easy on street parking. 4 double bedrooms - two larger ones and 2 smaller ones. All with double beds. 2 bathrooms - 1 ensuite on top floor and 1 main bathroom on 1st floor Good amenities provided - tea , coffee , toiletries , cleaning products etc Walking distance to conference centre and town centre. Comfortable beds and good black out blinds. Towels and bedding provided. Easy to use heating. Good kitchen facilties

− Overall the house was clean but could probably do with a more in depth clean now and again especially in the corners of the kitchen /bathroom / on the stairs / around skirting boards etc. Couldn't get side lights in the main front bedroom to work ? Needed charging as battery /USB. Would be useful to have two sets of front door keys. The stairs are very steap and although this wasn't a problem for us it could be for those less mobile. You have to be very careful coming down as well. Bath in main bathroom has fairly high sides and again may be tricky for some to get in and was a little slippy to get into for showering.( No anti slip mat ) Asked to strip bedding and surprised no pillow protectors on pillows, however all bedding was clean. Split door to the fridge -freezer catches so when you open the top fridge door it also opens the freezer door which was a bit odd.
