1.0− I never stayed but couldn’t cancel my reservation I get there pool and hot tub out of order I was there due to a domestic violence incident but had to go to a different hotel and you still charged me

1.0− The room was full of roaches. I had to go through loops to get a refund after I reported the bugs to the staff and decided to pack up and leave.

I don't recommend it it was clean and cozy but it was loud and noisy

− It was loud and obnoxious all night long they had me on the first floor by the desk people was making all kinds of noise and kept me and my girlfriend up all night and the price was way overrated for the noise I had to deal with I feel like I should get some of my money back
It was a good experience and I would do it again.
