Nice apartment ideally placed to explore Kew Gardens but apparently only suitable for quiet guests.
8.0Liked the balcony overlooking the garden area. Area was quiet with plenty of facilities in the vicinity. Property was well furnished and met most of our requirements. Host sent detailed videos on how to collect the keys from a safe location nearby and access the property. Good base to visit Kew Gardens.
− No private parking as stated. Parking is in underground Morrisons carpark and costs £15 daily. Drying rack full of laundry from previous guests was still in the lounge area on arrival. Was repeatedly asked not to make much noise during our stay and downplay the fact that it was a rental property due to issues with previous guests and residents of neighbouring apartments. Was asked to wash our bedding and towels on leaving the property to save the cleaner time, despite a cleaning fee being part of the price.
Excellent, very nice apartment
10.0Good location in a brand new apartment building, right next door to Morrisons supermarket and above a basement car park which offers 24 hour parking (£15 per day at time of writing). Apartment was much larger than other London apartments we've stayed in, and had all facilities we needed. Balcony overlooks the private gardens of the apartment building. Felt secure and nicely furnished. Train station is 10 minutes walk away, where trains to Waterloo run every 30 mins.
− Minor gripe, but there are lots of aeroplanes flying over. Can't hear them with the doors closed, but sitting on the balcony they can be distracting.
