Comfortable and clean in a great location.
9.0The property was private and very clean and in walking distance of shops and lovely cafes. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Great access to wifi and netflix. Abdul was a great host.
− The pool table dominated the room and the towels and bed while clean, could be replaced with newer ones.
Owner’s wife extremely polite and helpful.

− Bedsheet material and size of first set of towels. It would be helpful to have washing machine instructions.

9.0Really clean, comfortable beds, good location for access to Leeds and local area. The hosts are super friendly as well and provide a good place to stop over that feels like good value for money.
− Not so much didnt like but for me, I would have liked a proper sitting area for meals and maybe a tad more privacy. Maybe a fence or something to help prevent intervisibility and provide a bit of a private sitting area and maybe a blind in the kitchen area for additional privacy and one over the main door to block the security lights that occasionally trigger. I would rate this place as exceptional with those changes.

− Shower is a bit small/cramped space, perhaps you could put a curtain over the door too to avoid the bright light shining in? However neither would be enough to put me off staying again
