The location of the property

− We had no hot water or heating for the 2 day stay. Tried to resolve this with reception and maintenance but no joy. I made a formal complaint when leaving to be offered 10% off my next stay. Highly insulted, pure serviced failed to meet basic needs of a hot shower and a comfortable warm stay. Very disappointed.

We liked the location and the cleanliness. The bathroom and kitchen were beautiful and clean with plenty of utensils.

− The bed was too small, too low and uncomfortable. The sofa wasn't comfortable as well.

Great Flat for a Stay in Plymouth!

The whole flat is very spacious and finished to a high standard, which did not disappoint and lived up to our expectations from the photos and description. Everything was spotless, including all of the cooking utensils, tableware, cutlery etc that are available to stay in and cook for yourselves rather than going out if you prefer. Coffee, tea etc provided so great to sit down with a cuppa after settling in initially. Also provided were other basics like washing up liquid, sponges, dishwasher tablets so you don't need to bring these things yourself. We paid for parking at property which was great and so much better than paying more to try parking elsewhere on the streets that are very closely monitored for issuing tickets if not paid for iaw rules etc. Overall, we'd thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend strongly to anyone looking for a nice place to visit Plymouth.

− Initially, we had an issue that the bed wobbled very badly but, after a phonecall to the office, was fully rectified within an hour or so whilst we went for a walk - very impressed with this. We were disappointed that it is not permitted to use the balcony at all which would have been great for a nice relax taking in the view etc. Lastly, be aware that TV is Internet only so there are no freeview or terrestrial channels available. You'll need to login to own Internet channels or try casting from phone etc if you wish to watch TV. Not a big problem for alot of people but not so great if you struggle with such things!

L'appartement était tout simplement magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle !

− Le service qui gère l'appartement n'est pas au niveau ! Si vous ne parlez pas anglais, passez votre chemin ! Ils ne font aucun effort pour vous aider. Nous avons eu du mal à comprendre qu'il fallait aller chercher la clé d'accès à 500 m, à une adresse qu'il faut soi-même trouver puisqu'aucun plan n'est fourni en amont. Une fois trouvé, on vous remet les clés avec une feuille explicative pour arrivée, départ et informations diverses. En anglais évidemment puisque ceux qui ne parlent pas cette langue sont des idiots ….. Rajouté à cela le fait que le lit avait visiblement déjà servi (sans doute juste une nuit donc ce n'est pas la peine de le changer !!!!) C'était perceptible à l'odeur de parfum et autre sur les oreillers ..... Bref, vu le niveau de l'appartement loué, on s'attend à un accueil beaucoup plus professionnel !

Stunning apartment!! Finished to a very high quality, really large space & spotless. The open dining, kitchen living room is a beautiful space with amazing views. Very comfortable bed & fantastic bathroom. Could not fault the property in any way.
