− Có máy giặt và 1 cái máy hút bụi cầm tay nữa là k chê vào đâu đc. Thêm đc rèm cản nắng tốt hơn nữa thì 10 điểm.

1.0− Tôi có đặt phòng trước Tết 1 tuần. Cho tới ngày nhận phòng 20/02/2026 thì nhân viên khách sạn có nhắn tin với tôi là sót booking, ko có để lại số điện thoại (rất chi là vô lý khi tôi đã để email và sđt trên thông tin đặt phòng) nên đã nhận khách khác ko còn phòng cho tôi. Phía khách sạn ko có 1 lời xin lỗi hoặc hỗ trợ tìm phòng khách cho gia đình tôi. Cách làm việc rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp và không tôn trọng khách hàng. Nếu ai có dự định đặt chỗ này thì nên tránh xa phòng trường hợp như tôi khi chạy 1 quãng đường xa tới Quy Nhơn ban đêm mà phải loay hoay tìm chỗ ở.

7.0Location is good. The view of the aprtment is beautiful. The apartment is clean and the size is good enough for a family of 4.
− It was noisy at night as there was a roof top bar nearby. There was issue with the communication within the management team so we had to wait a bit to get our room. Just make sure to reconfirm before the trip and ask for the contact phone number before travelling.

9.0Nice balcony with beautiful water view and city view, comfortable beds, and well equipped for a pleasant stay. The host was friendly and accommodating.
